Punjab Bistro is a modern, vibrant place with a fusion of various styles & forms of the traditional Punjabi food. The team has the extensive experience of 11 years of running the Punjab Grill fine dine restaurant & now it came with a completely new makeover.

I found the chilled White Owl Spark (Belgian Wit) & Diablo (Irish Red Ale) beer which is rare. Palak Corn Quesadillas, Dahi ke Kebab and Paneer Tikka Multani were mouth watery & finger licking. Tandoori Roti, Chur Chur Parantha & Spring Onion Kulcha with Char Grilled Panner Korma, Firangi Subzi and Dal Moradabadi were great. The parantha’s & vegetables were very rich, great in presentation & awesome in taste.

Bistro Special Mille Feuille & Gulab Jamun in this French pastry was very unique in its presentation & great in taste. Ended with Paan Shot which just soothes everything for me. Overall, its a package of awesome food styling with an extreme focus on presentation detailing, unique fusion taste & a wide variety of drinks. Recommended. #punjabbistro
