• Desi Curd Rice Poppers With Smoked Tomato Chutney (curd rice coated with batter and deep-fried till crisp and absolutely delicious, served with a gorgeous South Indian-style roasted tomato chutney).
• Curd Rice Tikki Chaat With Dragonfruit Scoops.
• Charcoal Appams With Paneer Ghee Roast And Podi Dust

Main Course:

• Dal Khichdi Risotto With Papad Crisp And Achaari Butter
• Panch Phoran Paneer Bhurji Tart

 

 

Desserts:

• Feni Nest With Chenna Balls Served With Flavoured Milk, a dessert that looked like a pretty bird’s nest and was great in taste
• Flourless Chocolate Cake With Tangueray Mousse And Orange Crumb, a perfectly made, super light intense chocolate cake, served with orange-flavored cream
