Baba da dhaba has shifted next to Esplanade in Indira Nagar around a fortnight ago. The place has great ambiance with a fusion of modern (furniture, crockery, open kitchen etc) & traditional style (jhula seating, wall design etc).

Our evening dinner started with Masala Chaas. Its a very tasty, lite & healthy drink with chonk/tadka on it to experience amazing flavors. Kastoori Paneer Tikka & Paneer Tikka Multani, Assorted Veg Tikkis & Paneer Kathi Roll were found to be good in presentation though something little extra can be done to raise the taste of herbs to get that high (not spicy or chillies rather just herbs like black pepper or alike).

Dal Makhni & Paneer Lababdar were good & usual items expected from a north Indian join like them. Only recommendation would be to garnish it or enhance the presentation of the curries which can add little extra value to go well along with good taste for the evening.

Onion Kulcha’s were great in taste & presentation though slightly overcooked. They have a good variety of Desserts like Phirni, Kheer & Ras Malai.

Overall, the place is located on a high street & is getting a lot of attention. The food items need the slightly better presentation to go well with the taste & staff should have better insight/knowledge of the dishes & should be very energetic to lift the overall vibes of the place. #babadadhaba
